Console Log vs. Breakpoint
console.loga lot. And I know that’s not always classy. Folks look at me crosswise because I don’t open up a debugger. But here’s the thing: it’s not just that I’m old-fashioned; there’s acutally something about
console.logging that’s different — and sometimes better — than using a debugger.
I’ve had a lot of blogs over the years — starting in 1999, when I made my own CMS using Active Server Pages (well, all of a CMS except the “edit post” part, which turned out to be a problem), through the mid-2000s when I blogged through my business school experience, to personal blogging over the last few years.
